About

I started building things that had to survive contact with real users rather than with a rubric, which is a different and much less forgiving teacher. The systems below are all built solo, four are live right now, and all of them are still being changed.

The pattern in them is the same: find a job that is repetitive and badly served, then decide where automation genuinely helps and where it quietly makes things worse. That second half is the part I keep getting better at.

I am based in Bandung, Indonesia (UTC+7). Open to research collaborations, competition work, and software engineering internships.

Education and experience

most recent first

  1. 2025—2029

    Bachelor of Informatics Engineering
    Universitas Kristen Maranatha

Currently at a 4.00/4.00 GPA. Coursework in algorithms, data structures, databases and software engineering, run alongside seven systems designed, built and operated outside the curriculum.

  2. 2026

    Competition and research builds
    ICIECCE 2026 · INSPIRE 1.0 · IRIS

Three further systems built solo: LittleStory, a voice-first documentation app for early childhood teachers (ICIECCE 2026, UPSI Malaysia); StickHive, an inverse-effort note-taker with a Moodle integration (INSPIRE 1.0, Universitas Bunda Mulia); and IRIS, a rice-water research prototype.

  3. Jan 2026—now

    Coordinator, Academic Research and Development
    HMIF Maranatha

Coordinate the informatics student association's academic research and development programme: setting topics, running technical peer review sessions, and supporting members through their first real projects.

  4. 2024—2026

    Competition placements
    National and international

3rd at the Innovative Informatics Contest (UAJY, 2024), 2nd at the National English Online Competition (Maranatha, 2024), 4th at the Informatics Festival and Competition (UNUD, 2024), 4th at HACK2025, and an Excellence Award at the BRICS Industrial Innovation Contest 2026.

How I work

  • Ship it and let real traffic find the bugs. None of my systems is finished, and that is on purpose — the ones that were never launched have no bugs and no users.
  • Choose the tool per problem, not per habit. Two of my products are Next.js, one is a FastAPI and Next.js pair, and one is hand-written HTML with plain ES modules and no framework at all, because 38 calculators do not need one.
  • If a claim can be tested, test it. The file suite promises files never leave the browser, so I ran tracer-marked files through it and read the network log rather than trusting the architecture diagram.
  • Say what the work does not establish. A prototype labelled simulated is more useful to a reviewer than a prototype described as validated.

Get in touch

I read everything that arrives and reply within a working day. Tell me what you are building and what is in the way — a sentence is enough to start.
